Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the policy attached to the surf camp or package you booked. Please review the cancellation and refund policy before confirming your reservation.

If a surf camp cancels a confirmed booking, the guest receives a 100% refund. If the host cancels within the first 24 hours after accepting the booking, a reduced penalty of 6% of the booking value applies (3% Stripe processing fee and 3% platform fee). If the host cancels after 24 hours, the standard penalty applies: 10% of the booking value, with a minimum of $50 and capped at $300. Repeated cancellations may also lead to reduced search visibility, temporary listing suspension, or loss of Superhost status. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details.
